All proceeds from the sales of this EP will go to the Maui Strong Fund providing financial resources that can be deployed quickly, with a focus on rapid response and recovery for the devastating wildfires on Maui.

At the heart of Lahiana Town Soundwalk is a field recording made 10 days before the catastrophic fire that razed most of the city. This binaural recording captures a stroll in the shade of the 150 year old banyan tree, through the old courthouse, along the wharf and back along Front Street, on a typical summer afternoon. Taking inspiration from the soundscape, recordist / composer Chad Crouch crafted a multipart duet for upright piano and ukulele as musical accompaniment.
